Based on your requirements, we will find the best suitable executive assistant for you. Please allow up to 24 hours for your account to be set up and to be assigned a dedicated EA. Once this process has been completed, we will notify you by phone or email and, provide access to your personal dashboard where you can add tasks, leave messages and share files. Your EA will start work within one business day from the time you sign up.

How do I work with my assistant?

Your executive assistant works remotely. You can assign tasks to your assistant via email, messaging apps, or your preferred project management tools. For each task, you can provide detailed instructions or special notes to ensure it’s completed exactly as you envision. Regular check-ins can be conducted via video calls or phone calls to align on priorities, address questions, and provide feedback.

How can I ensure my assistant provides quality work?

Our executive assistants are trained to meet high standards. We also encourage open communication between clients and EAs, providing regular performance reviews and opportunities for feedback. This approach helps us continuously improve and ensure that the work delivered consistently meets or exceeds your expectations.

What if I'm not satisfied with the virtual assistant assigned to me?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the performance of your assigned assistant, we are committed to addressing the issue promptly. We will work with you to understand your concerns and, if necessary, make a replacement with a virtual assistant better suited to your needs.

How are the hours tracked?

All tasks which are completed for you are time tracked; your EA will start a timer when he/she begins working on your task and stop the timer when the task is complete. If it takes your assistant 10 minutes to check and sort your inbox, this exact time is added to your monthly plan. You will get detailed reports on the total number of hours used.

What if a task exceeds my assistant's expertise?

Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel my plan anytime?
